Mariusz Jop temporarily takes charge of Wisła Kraków’s first team

After Kazimierz Moskal was relieved of his duties as the head coach of Wisła Kraków’s first team, the squad has been taken over by his former assistant, Mariusz Jop. He will be supported as an assistant coach by Michał Siwierski.

Mariusz Jop is a figure closely associated with Wisła Kraków. He first represented the club as a player, then later as a youth coach, reserve team coach, and interim coach of the first team. He was last entrusted with this role in December 2023, following the departure of Radosław Sobolewski. Under his guidance, Wisła recorded three victories, defeating Polonia Warszawa 2-1 and Górnik Łęczna 4-0 in league play, as well as Stal Rzeszów 4-1 in the Polish Cup.

Good luck, coach!
