Marko Božić, a 27-year-old attacking midfielder and winger – has become the newest addition to Wisła Kraków and will now wear the White Star on his chest. The Austrian joins Wisła on a permanent transfer, signing a contract valid until June 30, 2027.
Božić was born on May 14, 1998, in Vienna. He began his footballing journey at Admira Wacker Mödling before spending nearly eight years at the Rapid Vienna academy, where he developed his skills and took his first steps in senior football.
In the following years, Božić played for Rapid II Vienna and NK Radomlje before moving to Italian side Frosinone Calcio. His biggest successes and most appearances came with NK Maribor – one of Slovenia’s top clubs – where he also featured in European competitions. Most recently, the Austrian represented Erzurumspor FK in Turkey.
