Information for shareholders

Dear Shareholder!

As you have acquired shares in TS Wisła Kraków S.A., you can find some useful information below: 

★  Due to the entry into force of the Act of 30 August 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798), shares of TS Wisła Kraków S.A. were dematerialised. 

As a result, as of 1 March 2021, the share documents issued by the Company expired. 

★ Dematerialisation of shares is implemented by replacing the share document with an entry in the electronic shareholder register maintained by the brokerage office (Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna Oddział Biuro Maklerskie – an entity selected by resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders). 

As of 1 March 2021, only those listed in the electronic shareholder register will be considered owners of shares. 

★ Concerning the Shareholder's demonstration of their shareholding rights in the Company, the share document shall maintain its force of evidence until 1 March 2026.

★ If your shares have still not been dematerialised, you can download an electronic share application form at: https://sklep.wisla.krakow.pl/dematerializacja/. 

Fill in the required fields, then generate, print and manually sign the form. 

Once you have signed it, scan it and send it to the following e-mail address: [email protected] or send it by post to the Club's Headquarters at ul. Władysława Reymonta 20, 30-059 Kraków.
