The break in league matches did not hinder Wisła Kraków's favorable streak. On Friday night, the White Star secured three points by defeating Resovia with a score of 4-1.
In the early minutes of the match, Wisła Kraków was on the attack, attempting to score. However, the Resovia defense held strong. It wasn't until the 8th minute that Bartosz Jaroch scored, but the goal was disallowed after a VAR review. In the 19th minute, Jaroch successfully found the net. Kraków continued to press, with Rodado and Alfaro coming close to scoring. After 30 minutes, Resovia had their first real attempt on goal, but Wisła's goalkeeper, Raton, kept them at bay. The first half ended with Kraków dominating but only leading 1-0.
In the second half, Wisła Kraków confirmed their dominance when Angel Rodado scored in the 55th minute. Rodado missed a penalty kick 10 minutes later, hitting the post. Despite Resovia's efforts, they managed to score one goal through Kamil Mazek. The guests began to push forward, but Kraków scored their third goal, courtesy of Szymon Sobczak in the 85th minute. Miki Villar added a fourth goal in the 89th minute, leaving no doubt about which team was superior.
