On 29 May, we lost the play-off match against Miedź Legnica, and with that, we failed to secure promotion to the Ekstraklasa for the 2024/2025 season. It’s a painful defeat. For anyone who wears the White Star on their chest – whether as a supporter, coach, player, or club staff member – there is only ever one goal: to win. The fight for the highest honours is embedded in the DNA of Wisła Kraków. We always aim to win. We always play for everything.

Sport brings the bitterness of defeat. And today, as difficult as it is to accept, we must face it. We must analyse this season, draw the right conclusions, and commit ourselves fully to building an even stronger team.

This season provided us with moments of genuine joy. After many years, we experienced once again the thrill of European competition, thanks to the unforgettable matches played by the White Star – matches that will endure in memory. The large groups of supporters who travelled far and wide to follow their beloved team demonstrated to the world what it means to truly enjoy football. Thanks to our performance, we contributed valuable points to the national ranking and proudly represented Poland on the international stage.

We wish to thank you, our fans, for the incredible atmosphere you created throughout the season. Your support, particularly in the most challenging moments, was invaluable. You’ve shown that Wisła Kraków is not merely a football club – it’s a community. You can always be counted on, wherever we may be.
