Dawid Szot Departs from Wisła Kraków

Dawid Szot will part ways with Wisła Kraków at the end of June 2025, as his contract will not be extended. After six seasons in the first team, the homegrown defender will bid farewell to the club.

A product of the Wisła Kraków Academy, Dawid has worn the White Star since his earliest years, rising through every youth level. He made his senior debut on 22 April 2019 in an Ekstraklasa match against Wisła Płock (2–3). Since then, he has made 94 official appearances for the club, scoring 4 goals.

He also played a part in a memorable chapter of club history — the 2024 Polish Cup Final — in which Wisła Kraków triumphed over Pogoń Szczecin. Known for his tenacity, reliability, and deep loyalty to the badge, Dawid has long been a model of commitment and passion on the pitch.

Dawid will take part in the team’s pre-season preparations in Wola Chorzelowska.
