Following changes to the reserve team, Wisła Kraków has made significant adjustments to their Central Junior League teams. Patryk Jałocha will take over the U-19 side, while Krystian Żakowicz will coach the U-17 team. These decisions aim to develop young players further and improve training standards within the academy.
Patryk Jałocha has been with Wisła Kraków’s Football Academy since 2014, after previously being a player at the club. He has coached various age groups, including U-10, U-11, U-13, U-15, and most recently U-17, with which he secured a Polish U-17 runner-up title in 2021/2022. Joining Jałocha’s staff will be Michał Sieroń, who served as assistant coach for the U-17 team for the past year and a half.
Krystian Żakowicz has been appointed as the new U-17 coach. He holds a UEFA A Elite Youth coaching licence and has been part of Wisła’s academy since 2017, previously coaching the U-15 team in the Central Junior League last season. He also served as an assistant coach for the U-15 team and most recently with the reserves.
Congratulations and best of luck to both coaches!
