The first leg between Wisła Kraków and Cercle Brugge ended in a 1:6 defeat for the home team, with Ángel Rodado scoring the only goal for Wisła. The return match is set for next week in Bruges at Jan Breydel Stadium.

Cercle Brugge quickly took control, scoring twice in the first 11 minutes through Steve Minda and Thibo Sommers. Despite Wisła’s efforts, including two penalty appeals, the visitors added a third goal before halftime, with Christiaan Ravych finding the net.

The second half saw more dominance from Cercle, as Kévin Denkey and Kader Ouattara extended the lead to 5:0. Kazeem Olaigbe made it 6:0 in the 83rd minute, but Rodado managed to score a late consolation goal for Wisła, leaving the final score at 1:6.
