Mariusz Kondak strengthens Wisła Kraków’s sporting department

We are pleased to announce that as of October 1st, Mariusz Kondak will take on the role of Head of Analytics at Wisła Kraków - a respected specialist in the field of analysis whose knowledge and experience will reinforce the Club’s sporting division.

As Director of Analytics, he will be responsible for managing the analysis department within the Club’s sporting structure. This role is designed to support the evaluation of current processes within the sporting department and will serve as a key element in strategic decision-making.

Since 2016, Mariusz Kondak has gained valuable experience at the Ekstraklasa level, including a successful spell with Raków Częstochowa between 2022 and 2025. He initially served as an assistant coach responsible for analysis (working alongside coaches Marek Papszun and Dawid Szwarga) before stepping into the role of Technical Director, where he oversaw recruitment processes.
