James Igbekeme is back at Wisła Kraków!

James Igbekeme has returned to Wisła Kraków, signing a contract that will last until June 30, 2025.

Born on July 4, 1995, in Lagos, Nigeria, Igbekeme began his football career with Portuguese club G.D. Ribeirão before moving to U.D. Oliveirense and Gil Vicente F.C. In the 2018/2019 season, he transferred to Spain, joining Real Zaragoza, where he made 104 appearances, scoring 4 goals and providing 6 assists. Later, he played for the American side Columbus Crew and was loaned to Wisła Kraków in 2022.

During his loan spell with the "White Star," Igbekeme featured in 14 matches, scoring one goal and providing one assist. After his contract ended, he moved to Spanish club SD Ponferradina, where he played 32 games, recording one goal and one assist.
