Henryk Kasperczak Testimonial during Wisła Kraków vs ŁKS Łódź Match!

A truly special event is just around the corner – on July 26 at 15:00, during the match between Wisła Kraków and ŁKS Łódź, we will pay tribute to one of the most important figures in the history of our Club. At the Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium, Wisła Kraków will host the Testimonial of Henryk Kasperczak – the legendary coach who etched his name in gold in the story of the White Star.

Under Kasperczak’s leadership, Wisła Kraków won the Polish Championship twice (2002/2003 and 2003/2004), lifted the Polish Cup twice (2002 and 2003), and made an impact on the European stage – famously eliminating Schalke 04 and Parma and coming within a whisker of the Champions League group stage.

Celebration Schedule:

- 10:00–13:00 – A Funino youth football tournament featuring young players from our partner clubs will be held on the TS Wisła grass pitch.

- 13:30 – Henryk Kasperczak will personally present awards to the tournament participants.

- From 14:20 – At the stadium, in front of the Presidential Box, a special Legends Corner interview will take place, recalling the greatest successes and memories of Coach Kasperczak’s time at Wisła Kraków.

Match time – Coach Kasperczak will watch the Wisła Kraków vs ŁKS Łódź match from the Presidential Box.

Half-time - A special tribute will take place, featuring:

- A ceremonial guard of honor,

- Presentation of commemorative gifts by Wisła Kraków, the City of Kraków, and event partners,

 - A short address to the fans from Coach Kasperczak himself.
